You’d be reporting to Allison, the Director of Sales (more about her below)

Allison is seeking highly motivated, ambitious, and experienced Account Executives who are excited about developing a plan of action to sustain a long-term approach to pipeline generation. Meeting and exceeding revenue targets through consistent sales strategies and forecasting practices are a must. This position is designed for hunters – they’re looking for proven, self-starting reps who take it upon themselves to bring in opportunities on their own through consistent, targeted outreach. You will have support from 23 SDR/BDRs to generate 4-5 appointments per day as a KPI to drive leads. If you can book 1-2 of your own appointments per day this puts you in the upper earning potential of OTE. You will get an opportunity to work in a high-growth industry, manage key opportunities, and build strong relationships with business and industry partners.

What You'll do

  • Prospect, qualify, develop, and close opportunities with legal service providers
  • Consistently meet and exceed prospecting and revenue targets
  • Utilize proven sales plays to uncover pain points and process inefficiencies with the prospect and offer them impactful solutions
  • Follow a structured approach to hit KPIs included in Smokeball’s formula for success
  • Provide timely and accurate forecasts on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis

What You'll Bring

  • 2-3 years in an Account Executive role, selling SaaS products to the professional services industry
  • Experience in prospecting and hunting for new business
  • A proven track record of exceeding sales goals and maintaining a healthy sales pipeline
  • Urgency and competitiveness, with a thirst for knowledge and growth in your role
  • Strong consultative and discovery skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build and present powerful business cases
  • An executive presence and success driving sales over phone, email, and videoconferencing
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Outreach, Gong, Zoom, and DocuSign is a plus
