Who You Are
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role
- Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations
- A master in outreach and follow-ups (never take ‘no’ for an answer)
- Talking to people (clients) over chat (LinkedIn) and email is not something you’re scared of
- You’re super organised, always on top of messages and can act quickly
- Keen to challenge yourself in an unstructured environment, constantly changing the status quo for the better
- You have a knack to build a rapport in a short span of time - mainly in writing
- You have a growth mindset
- You want to join us on a mission to disrupt an industry ‘ripe’ for a change!
- Experience talking and dealing with a lot of people every day in your current or previous jobs is highly beneficial

What You'll Do
- Ownership of Client outreach (cold acquisition through drip campaigns)
- Execution of Client demos with potential clients and listening to their wishes and concerns
- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
- Strategy and Innovation Projects - How can we build out this function and make our outreach top notch using digital strategies?
- Conducting market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
- Setting up meetings with potential clients and listening to their wishes and concerns

Meet Denis, Co-Founder, Director of Partnerships
Hi there, I grew up in Germany and lived pretty much all over the world for the past 10 or so years. But Australia is my home now. I am passionate about two things in my life right: growing our business to a global powerhouse and my Cavoodle-puppy 'Pancake'. Though I am starting to fall in love with rock climbing, too, which goes hand in hand with another hobby of mine: camping. I am known for being extremely direct: no filter. Ever. And I respect people who're not afraid of bringing up ideas (no matter how crazy), raising concerns and who offer solutions.

PwC Partners With No-Code System Checkbox + Targets Inhouse Teams
The NewLaw arm of Big Four firm PwC in Australia has partnered with no-code system Checkbox to help 'accelerate the digital transformation of inhouse legal departments'. It's another example of Big Four firms formally linking with legal tech companies. Most recently rival Deloitte has done deals with Thomson Reuters and Persuit.
