This partnership starts with a small upfront fee. Once the candidate is placed, a monthly fee is due every month the employee stays with the company. The monthly fee stops the moment the employee leaves the company or the latest after 24 months (invoiced quarterly).

- If less then 50% of shortlisted candidates make it to the 1st interview round, the client has two options:
- Request RedBeard to continue to the search for more candidates
- Request RedBeard to stop the search and credit USD 1.500 against a future search
